 Mentor Volunteers
We need mentors in a few different areas at 5Rock.
On most weekends we have single moms who come to the ranch with their kids. We are looking for mature Christian women who have a heart for the single mom or her teen age daughter to just hang out with us, share meals, go for walks, listen and share an encouraging word.
We also need men who can hang out with the younger kids or teen age boys. If you are a married couple who is interested in mentoring together that's a plus. We believe these women and children need to see godly examples of good, healthy marriages.
We also have camps during the summer and need both men and women mentors for the weekends during camp.

Have you ever wondered about volunteering for at least 30 days or more in a Christian ministry? 5Rock Ranch a year-round program utilizing volunteers to assist our staff in the completion of their duties. Exchange your expertise in Maintenance, Grounds, Food Service, Housekeeping, Guest Service, for a full hook-up site for your RV that includes paid electricity and many meals in our dining room. The work week is only 4 days at 6 hours each day working alongside our staff. The mentor staff at 5Rock are all young adults who have come here from mostly fatherless homes. Each of them have come to a place in their lives where they have decided to grow in their relationship with God and experience a healthy family environment. The mentor staff not only gets mentoring while at the ranch, but they play a huge part in mentoring fatherless kids who come visit the ranch. It's a life-changing experience.
