Our 5Rock Ranch kitchen can prepare just about anything for you... from Cowboy BBQ ribs, authentic Italian lasagna, or a first class New York steak dinner. Just let us know what you have in mind and what your budget is and we'll come up with some options for you. We also have partnered with a few caterers that can offer you an upscale sit down dining experience for your guests. 5Rock Ranch does not have a liquor license and does not allow alcohol on the ranch. Outside food and drinks are not permitted on any of the ceremony sites. CHAIRS, TABLES & DECORATIONS
5Rock Ranch has a limited number of chairs and tables. To ensure that your wedding looks it’s best, we recommend that you rent matching chairs for the ceremony and round tables for outside receptions. At this time 5Rock Ranch has only 1 sound system available for use. It must be reserved in advance for your event. You may rent any other equipment necessary from our preferred vendor: Barclay Event Rentals, 503-656-9587, www.barclayeventrental.com or you can hire a professional audio company. FACILITY USE TIMES
Morning wedding facility use is between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Afternoon or evening wedding facility use is between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm. We are flexible with these times if there are no other events that need the space at the same time. CEREMONY & RECEPTION
All ceremony sites may also be used for the reception at no extra charge. If you choose to have the ceremony and reception at different sites there is a discount on the additional site fee. INSURANCE
We require that you provide a certificate of insurance for the event dates naming 5Rock Ranch as an additional insured. 5Rock will get you a list of the requirements. **NOTE**
The sites are priced for the facility only. It does not automatically include the use of any tables, chairs or other additional items. See “Rentals” below for more information. ADDITIONAL SERVICES WEDDING COORDINATOR
$400 - A wedding coordinator is available for you if you are in need of one. This fee includes an initial consultation, communication via phone and email, rehearsal time and wedding day time. This coordinator is not responsible for planning. This service is to assure the bride that everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. WEDDING PLANNER
Prices vary and are paid directly to the wedding planner. We have resources to connect you to just the right wedding planner for you. All planners are experienced and come highly recommended by 5Rock Ranch. A wedding planner can do as much or as little as you desire. RENTALS
Prices vary and are paid directly to Barclay Event Rentals. We are proud to have partnered up with Barclay Event Rentals. This is our exclusive rental company for 5Rock Ranch. No other rental companies will be permitted on the premises. The Barclay family is committed to helping make your wedding day a beautiful event. You can rent chairs, table decorations, room decorations, lights, linens, dishes, serving items, etc… The prices are the best in the industry and you can be guaranteed that everything will be delivered on time and in good condition. You can either order items through the 5Rock event coordinator or order directly through Barclay Event Rentals, www.barclayeventrental.com or call 503-656-9587. OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
Rooms may not be reserved any sooner than 2 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least 12 rooms/cabins. Bunkhouse Motel Rooms: $75 per night. Most rooms have 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds. Cabins: Not available at this time Camping: $20 per night per family. Sites are primitive, no hook-ups. MEALS
Meals: $8 per person Guests may join us for meals by reservation only. Meals are camp or family style depending on the event. Meal plans are set each week according to the group's needs. Complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning for paid Bunkhouse and Cabin guests. MASSAGE

Please make reservations through our event coordinator if you wish to have the massages done at 5Rock Ranch. HORSE BACK RIDING
$30 per person, and most rides last up to one hour in length.
The Flying M Ranch Stables are located within walking distance to our Ranch House, and they offer trail rides that venture off on beautiful trails through the woods, with at least two river crossings! Go individually, or reserve a group ride. Reservations are required in order to guarantee availability. For small groups we do have horses here on the ranch. If available, Heather would be happy to take you out on a trail ride. Donations accepted. SET UP & TEAR DOWN
$100 per hour.
Don’t lift a finger. You can hire our capable staff here at 5Rock Ranch go the extra mile and set up and tear down for you including your rented tables, linens, chairs & decorations. RESERVATION DEPOSIT
We require a 25% deposit to reserve the site of your choice. An additional 25% is due 2 months before the wedding date. The balance is due the day of the wedding. Cancellations must be made at least 4 months in advance to receive a full refund. CLEANING DEPOSIT
$250 refundable deposit due 2 weeks prior to wedding date.
The bridal party is responsible for tear down of your ceremony and reception sites unless the 5Rock Ranch crew is hired for an additional fee. We ask that you leave the site just as it was when you arrived. We'll take care of the vacuuming and basic cleaning and disposal of garbage. THEFT
5Rock Ranch is not responsible for any losses that might be incurred. Friends or family members should care for purses and other valuable possessions. 5Rock Ranch is also not responsible for articles of clothing or other items left by the wedding party or their guests. Your cleaning deposit will be applied to cover the replacement or repair costs associated with any ranch property/equipment that is lost, damaged or stolen. SIGNS
5Rock Ranch asks that you remove any signs that you have posted within 24 hours. CONDUCT
Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings. Please use the designated smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Use of alcohol is prohibited on all 5Rock property. DECORATIONS
When decorating, please do not use tape or drive nails or thumbtacks into any woodwork or wall. Seasonal banners and/or decorations will not be removed for a wedding. (Special arrangements can be made, but this may require additional payment.) Please call the 5Rock event coordinator if you have any questions regarding decorations. You are responsible for communicating this policy to your florists or helpers. ****Prices subject to change at any time without notice.
